About Me

I graduated from massage school in 1997 with certification in Neuromuscular therapy and trigger point therapy.

I then became a massage therapy instructor at Spa Tech from 2000 to 2004. I returned to Spa Tech in 2010 and taught until December 2015. I loved watching the students grow and transform!

In 2004 I became an Advanced Polarity Practitioner.  Polarity Therapy combines light and deep touch, sound, intention and crystals to shift the root of the issue and create lasting shifts in your life.
